Where will I meet my driver once I am at the airport?

You have the following two options

  1. You may meet the driver at the baggage claim. The driver will carry a sign with your name on it. This service will cost you an extra $15.00, but if you are new to the airport, you probably want to consider this option.
  2. You may meet the driver at the curb (applicable only for San Francisco and Oakland airports). This will not cost anything extra.

What if my arriving Flight is delayed?

We track all arriving flights and we will be aware of all delayed flights. If you miss your flight or connecting flight, you must inform us at info@aaa-trans.com or call at (925) 447-0222. If you fail to inform us and don not show, you will be charged a "no show" fee which is 80% of the quoted price.

Do I pay my driver gratuity or is it included?

Normally, it's not included. You may pay our driver with a cash gratuity or you can have it billed to your method of payment.

How far in advance do I have to make and airport reservation?

Usually 24 hours. You may call or email us to inquire if you want same day service.

How can I pay for my service?

We require a valid credit card to hold the reservation. You may pay for your service with cash, credit card or travelers check at the time of service. If you would like to open up an account with us, please email info@aaa-trans.com

How soon before a flight should I be picked up?

For domestic flights, we recommend being at the airport 1½ hours before your flight time. For International flights, we recommend you reach the airport 3 hours ahead of your departure time.

What is your cancellation policy?

Changes and cancellations can be made within 5 hours for Airport Pickup and 48 hours for Hourly charter by calling (925) 447-0222. A full fare, including a 15% gratuity, will be billed if a cancellation occurs less than time specified, before the scheduled pick up time or flight arrival. A full fare, including a 15% gratuity, will be billed if the passenger fails to be at the designated pickup location "No show". If for any reason, you could not locate the chauffeur call (925) 447-0222. To avoid being billed as a no-show, do not leave your location without communicating with us.
